Accessing BIOS Setup from Windows?

Is there a way to access the BIOS setup menu from Windows?

I've never seen one and don't think it can de done but something like Belarc will give you all the specifics but not the ability to chnage anything.

Yes, I know about Belarc, it reports a profile on your PC's hard/software. I remember there was one utility that enabled changing BIOS settings within Windows, but can't recall...
