Backing Up Outlook Express 6

What's the best and easiest way of backing up your e-mails in Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP.

Is there one file somewhere in Windows that holds "all" the data for it?  {A file I can include in what I choose to backup using Windows backup utility}

I don't want to backup each individual e-mail.

    If do a Search , Advanced (1st three boxes ticked)  for
    outlook express
    you will find a Folder  "Outlook Express"  , ie:
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{18C7C5AA-C094-4F7F-B539-472038399D2B}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

    If you double click on it , it will show all the OE .dbx files which containing E-mail messages.

    This Folder is auto Backed up when you use Backup of "Documents & Settings".

    You can search for *.dbx and copy that folder.
