Can not use dell pc checkup

If I attempt to use the dell pc checkup, it says that I don't meet the requirements, but I know that I do.

I get the same message, and have for a long time. I emailed support once, but never received an answer.

Dimension 4600

2.8 ghz with H/T

1024 ram

19" Dell 1905 FP

Try ...

Under the Browse Category, upper left side, click All Technical Support,

then scrol down left column and click Dell Support 3.2 Tool and download.

If I do a google search, the tool still doesn't work. I clicked on the first link so if this tool does work, give me the link for it.

double click on the Dell icon that Google brings up

There is no icon that comes up.
