Defragmentation

I recently degragged my system and there were 2 fragments that didn't defrag.  I viewed the report and noted the file path name.  Because I wanted to view the file, I did a search and could not find it.  I was searching in hidden files also. The path listed on the report is \documents and settings\All users\Application Data\AOL\UserProfiles\7de94 (the rest of it didn't print).  I found All Users but nothing listed as Application Data.  I used search to try each folder and still couldn't find it.  I am concerned because it realates to AOL and I have had a problem with someone using my screen name and wanted to check to see if this might be realated.  It seemed unusual that it wouldn't defrag.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know

Thanks

First, the defrag that comes with WinXP is pretty basic, and will not always defrag everything.

The Application Data folder is hidden. You can show hidden files and folders by going to any explorer folder, like My Computer, and click on the tools menu, then select Folder Options. Click the view tab and in the Hidden Files and Folders section, select to show hidden files and folders.

You will see a bunch of new folders (well, not in My Computer, but in other areas.) I don't think that the fact that the file failed to defrag is of concern. If someone is using your screen name, it should have nothing to do with your system. If you are worried, run a good anti-virus, make sure the firewall is up and running, and check for other malicious software such as spyware. But you should do that anyway.

Thanks for the input.  I run antivirus and spyware very regularly:  Virus scan every day, and spyware every other da (about).  Firewall is on.  No problems with any of that.  My screen name problem has to be with the AOL side.  Thanks for the reassurance on defrag.
