The question is, just where the Devil can you get it?
See my post elsewhere on this Forum for further details, but the long & the short of it is that I've been trying for weeks now to simply get somebody to tell me where it's hidden in the Dell Downloads Section, but with absolutely no success so far.
You know good and well if they are installing it on the computers then it's available somewhere around here as a download.
If you happen to find out, please let the rest of us out here know!
I also have this tool preinstalled on my Dell Vista PC - but is is not working. By that I mean that it is not informing me about important updates e.g. the updated sound driver. Wasn't the tool supposed to inform me about that?
The one that's pre-installed
is compatible, just not available.
It works fine on Vista, since it comes pre-installed.
The whole problem here is that Dell refuses to let us know where the 3.2.2 Vista version of the program is or where we can go go to download it later on after we've had to re-format and re-load Vista (for whatever reasons), preferring instead for us, their good customers who spend thousands of dollars buying computers from them, to just sit out here rotating on our thumbs, since we apparently don't even rate the courtesy of a reply.
It's total
Barbra
Streisand, and somebody around the Customer Service Department needs to first take notice and second take some action.
We really don't deserve to be treated in such a shabby manner, and over this little bit of nothing, to boot.
