DOWNLOAD

I have an older real estate data base program that I want to install in my new Dell Inspirion 6000.  The company that developed the program is no longer in business.  When I attempt to install the program it requests that I install Microsoft NT4 Service Pak 4 first,
 
How do I locate and install this software.  There are so many versions I'm not sure which one to install.

    HANDEMAN,

    NT4 Service Pack 4 is a part of Windows NT, not Windows XP, and it cannot be installed in XP. It appears that the program is not compatible with XP.
