how to paste screen shot

on win2k, when i hit print screen repeatedly, how do i paste the screen shot into an email?

I use Outlook Express, won't let me do it. You can paste it into Microsoft Word or Paint and save the file and attach it to the email.

Shift + Prt Screen gets the entire screen and Alt + prt Screen captures just the active Window.
