How to remove upgrade assistant

I keep getting the Dell Windows Vista Upgrade Assistant on opening(startup) I do not see this in programs where I can remove it.

I know this sounds too simple so don't be offended. Do you have it in the disc tray?

No I don't, I onlt used it before the upgrade and now it still wants to disable some programs and then reinstall them.

Then let it finish, if you read all the instruction it told you after the vista upgrade completed the upgrade assistant would finish doing what it needs to do.
