Internet problems

I have a dell latitude E6410. I use google chrome for internet. However it will not open since I did a system reset. I have tried using internet explorer but I get a message saying internet explore is not responding. Any suggestions on how to be able to connect to internet and fix problem.

    Use Edge instead to download Chrome and reinstall. Restore removes Chrome.

    Thanks for reply but how can I get edge if I can not access the internet. My IE will not connect. I seems as if I have lost all internet connection.
