Hi,

 

Eve Online, Counter Strike Source, and Photoshop CS. All 3 of these programs have shortcut keys, ctrl + "" whatever. None are working.

 

Anyone figured out how to fix this?

 

I have the latest drivers.. etc. Everything is up to date, I'm picky about that.
