Lost Installed software from Dell.....

I have an Inspiron 530 computer that I purchased the end of 2007. My hard drive crashed last week. I purchased a new drive and used the installation disk that came with my computer and all it did was install Vista and none of the extra's...like the virus program or Roxio.

Is there anyway I can download those programs without paying for new programs? After all, it did come with the computer to begin with. Much Thanks for any help you can give.

If you are in the US, you can request a set of replacement disks here. If you are outside the US, you will have to contact Customer Support in your country.

Dell add on software is not on your main install disk. They come on their own disks. You should have got a copy when you got the computer. If you did not get these disks tell dell and they will send them out to you.:smileyhappy:
