My Latitude 610 has developed an odd problem

 

When I am docked or when I have a physical wire connection to a network (Network cable plugged in to ANY network) my machine boots fine

 

When I am NOT connected to anything it stalls after I insert the passwork (Thrashes for a minute on the hard drive then just sits there)

 

When I run scandisk it will work once most of the time (Boot with no connection)

 

After being connected it may work a couple of times then stop booting

 

Might be a profile issue but.....

 

HELP!!!
