Everytime I boot up my machine it makes this really weird mix of noise.  Sounds like a mixture of beeps and other noises.  After that it will go through to the Dell screen and show that it is loading ( as its still making noise)  Once it is through that it goes to a black screen with a little arrow and thats about it.  In order to start the OS I hit F12 and it lets me choose to boot to the winXP, noise stops and I can continue normally from there.  Any ideas what can be causing this to happen?
