Hi Clare.    Have you downloaded the PowerPoint Viewer 2007 or have you purchased and downloaded the complete program Office PowerPoint 2007?

Both of the above versions installed OK and run on my Inspiron 1520 without any attention to Vista HP.

Hey, thanks for the info.  Already had powerpoint viewer with puta but not actual powerpoint, which i installed from disc -source might not have been good but it installed fine, and computer recognises that it is a viable program- just wont run it. Might try to re-install it. and if doesnt work get proper copy- ha ha

PowerPoint at Word for Windows 97 Pro and it is interesting to get info about what happen after install the PowerPoint 97 as access to the Vista. I have Vista basic NetNotebook. PowerPoint 1987 Edition will be a price but not costly. Can you be interesting to check if it is avail to get a cheap 97 Pro from Windows or EBAY since Microsoft stops selling 97 Office that contains the PowerPoint? And at least to prevent Malicious software from spying the PowerPoint in your Vista will be very costly called Very Professional Anti-Virus CD and Download Updater service from McAfee Corporation tab site of McAfee's Online Menu.
