Hi,

I had to re-install Windows with the help of Dell.  Now i'm trying to re-load the software that I purchased with it like Money, Adobe, etc.

 

When i'm trying to re-install Adobe Acrobat Elements, it is asking for a Serial Number.  i tried putting in the number that is on the envelope of the re-install disk starting with CA, but its not accepting that.  i also tried teh 6 digit number above the ups code, also not working.  Any idea how i can find the serial number so i can re-install it?
