Recovery Image

Hi, unfortunally the previous owner deleted the recovery partition and now i can not restore the pc to factory settings. On dell site the image can not be downloaded and i don't know where i can find it. My laptop is Latitude E7450. Can someone please help with a download link or something?

You can click the link below to download the Windows 10 iso image to your computer.

You can download drivers for your system below.

Here is the response from the site (I've already tried it)

Recovery image not available for your Service Tag.
Sorry, but a Dell Hosted Recovery Image is currently not available for the Service Tag that you entered. Please enter another Service Tag or contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.

More spefically I'm looking for image that can restore my laptop with windows 8 (factory setting) and without driver installation.

Unfortunately, there is not image of Windows 8 download available that loads the drivers. You will need to purchase a Windows disk and download the drivers for your computer at the link below.
