Remote Procedure Call Logon - Need Help

While searching through Local Services under Administrative Tools, I accidentally changed the logon from Network Service to Local System.  Now I can't change it back, can anyone help, please!  I was searching for something else in those services, & accidentally made the "incorrectible" change.  Dumb move on my part!

    Two things to try.  First, try a System Restore whihc should replace the setting and if not, then secondly, chnage the logon to your account with the appropriate password.

    PS-for "whatever" reason, I cannot do a System Restore.  I've tried that 3 times already!

    I apologize, but I'm still confused.  This is a home computer, and I don't logon.
