Restrict Programs

i have multiple users on one computer and i want to be able to hide certain programs in the start>programs menu. Is there any easy free way to do this whether its a free program or something in windows i could use? I have windows xp home. Thank you.

    lilsmo5,

Remove the shortcuts to the programs you wish to restrict access to from the Start Menu|Programs folder under All Users in Documents and Settings. Place them in the corresponding folder under the accounts of the users you wish to have access to the programs.

That just removes the shortcuts. They can still look in the hard drive and run the program file.
