What problems? Explain your situation to get some help in this user forum. Include model computer and operating system.

I have the same problem.
Latitude e6420. Windows 8.1. Clean system (I have just replaced my hard-drive with a new one).All latest drivers from Dell's web-site have been installed.

Fixed this by installing all latest Windows updates. At least the problem disappear after that.

fixed by uninstalling amd drivers, and installing (old) one from dell site... so i can't use amd updates :emotion-12:
