Slow startup
When I start up my my computer, the windows xp screen seems to be on for a much longer time then it use to be. Is there anyway that I can speed up this process?
Thanks

What new programs have you recently installed that are loading at startup? Go to Start > Run, and type msconfig then click on OK. Click on the Startup tab, and remove all unnecessary programs that start when you start your computer. To find out which programs are necessary, see the list at:

If you eliminate all of the unnecessary programs from starting up, this should speed the boot process.
