Under my photo, my Username has changed to "USER" from my original name. How do I replace "USER" with the username I want?

After turning on computer, homescreen displays my photo with the word "USER" underneath. That is something new, as it used to actually display my name. How do I get rid of "USER" and replace it with my name? Thanks to whomever answers.
