Windows Installation & Drivers
I have a Dell Inspiron 1100. I recently experienced severe errors in windows XP that have left my files unrecoverable. Here is the problem: I have lost my windows re-installation CD along with my Drivers & Applications CD. Is there any way that I can get these from Dell? What are my options?

You can call Dell tech support or customer service and see if they will replace the XP reinstallation CD. They will always do so within 21 days of the computer's invoice date, but sometimes they will replace the CD later. If not, you'll have to purchase a replacement. You will not be able to obtain a replacement for your Drivers CD but all drivers can be downloaded through the Download link in the drop down menu under Product Support above the forum.
