I purchased an ipod for my daughter for Xmas. When we try to to run itunes after downloading we get the message "Windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur when you are running your computer in safe mode, contact customer support"

Does anyone know how to correct this. I bought a gift card for itunes and she can't use it.
