My Inspiron 6000 JUST ended its three year warranty. It has 248MB RAM and 80GB space and 1.60GHz and it has been running incredibly slowly giving me Kernel Stack errors or something on blue screens and it tells me to run the Chkdsk utility. I would love to run the chkdsk utility again and again, like I had been doing until my computer wouldn't even let me get THAT far. It told me a file was corrupted and unreadable and there was honestly nothing I could do about it. I couldn't even GET to the windows. So I decided just to wipe the whole thing and start over. So now, my computers got nothing on it and I can't even get past all the registration and naming and such parts to get to the windows. I can't even get there. I don't know what to do, my warranty is up. I keep turning off the computer and restarting to see if I can get any further with each try. And I just can't. It doesn't move from where I want it to go. It's three years old, but now it has nothing on it. Any insight?
