I have SBC Yahoo DSL and attempted to install parental controls.  After installation, I was prompted to restart my computer. After doing this, I was unable to open my browser.  I kept getting a message saying attempt to log in failed.  I don't know if my firewall is somehow blocking my browser after this installation.  I tried getting help from Yahoo but they couldn't figure it out.
