NeeD to know how TO Redirect

I need to create a feature that allows me to make my users not admin login with there proper username and password, and then that will automatically take them to a specific website they will not be able to perform and changes the computer nor browser addition website.. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH HINTS AND SOLUTIONS>> !!
