PCX SCCM Deployment

We are trying to setup a silent automated installer package for PC Extender through SCCM2007. I've got a CMD file that I have tested with an ISS file that works fine when ran from the machine locally. However, when we try and push it through SCCM deployment, it acts like it's running and then just closes with no errors logged. Has anyone else had success in setting up a PCX deployment through SCCM?
