BIOS upgrade xps 13 9365
I having problem after replaced my xps 13 9365 2-in-1 mother board with new board.
BIOS upgrades do not update XPS_13_9365_2_9_0.exe and just restart wihtout flashing. So stuck at 1.3.1. version.
I try last five BIOS relises. But the problem is same.
Any solution please!?

Welcome to the Dell Community @dell.antonov
First create a new desktop folder and name it BIOS.
Next download the new BIOS file.
Dell XPS 13 9365 2-in-1 System BIOS:
Copy the file to the new folder you just created.
Close out all apps and pages that are open.
Go to that folder and right click on the file and "Run as Administrator"
Best regards,
U2

I am in your same situation... stuck with 1.3 version... I haven't changed my motherboard though... Could not recover it with the Bios Recovery tool. Have you tried this method (using the Control + Esc keys combination?) Maybe it is not the same method you show on your screenshot.
I hope you have better luck than me!

You can also try to update using a USB flash drive?
