Bluetooth has disappeared
I have an XPS 13 9380. I was using my laptop and then my bluetooth stopped working. It is not in Device Manager (including under Hidden Devices). I can't Troubleshoot. I changed Bluetooth Support Services to "Automatic" and restarted it in "Services".

I have had same issue. I discovered I can go on dell’s drivers and downloads page and download the last BIOS update file and just save it to my computer. When my Bluetooth adapter quits working I just execute the saved update file and my computer re-installs the BIOS firmware, then reboots. Works like a charm to get the Bluetooth adapter working again.
It’s massively annoying to deal with this every week but it’s the best solution I have found.
