Dell XPS 15'' 2019 aggiornato.

Come posso fare?

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to assist you with this.

Did you observe the issue after any recent Windows update or driver changes?

Open device manager – expand network adapter & check if the Bluetooth is listed as a combo with the wireless card. Check if there is any any device that says unknow or has a yellow exclamation mark or red X.

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

How to find the service tag

Welcome to the Dell Community  @albertoma

    1. Restart the system and press F2 to enter BIOS setup.
    2. Expand the wireless section.
    3. Un-check Bluetooth in both branches and hit 'Apply'
    4. Save and exit.
    5. Restart the system and press F2 to enter BIOS setup again.
    6. Expand the wireless section.
    7. Re-check Bluetooth in both branches and hit 'Apply'
    8. Save and exit.
    9. Boot the system and test

    Best regards

    @simov10

I experienced issues with my trackpad and bluetooth mouse when upgraded to BIOS version 1.3.1, downgrading it to 1.1.3 again solved my issues.
