Hey, I recently got a Dell XPS 15" 9510, with the i7 and FHD about two weeks ago now and the past couple days I've encountered the mouse lagging when using the trackpad. This happens at least once a day for about 15 seconds where the mouse lags on the screen and seems very delayed to the point you can't use it to click on anything. However, clicking still works for both left and right clicks. I have the latest drivers and bios and just assumed it may have been a one time thing. But it reoccurs everyday usually while I'm web browsing and has become really annoying. I do use a wireless mouse and I've never encounter that issue, only when I use the trackpad it seems this issue happens. Any thoughts and suggestions? Thanks!
I have a similar problem with both the mouse and keyboard.... my laptop is an xps 9570 and starting from 2 or 3 weeks it is impossible to use them...just for your info i reinstall win10 from scratch 2 days ago... I'm getting convinced that the problem is related to some win10 update.
sorry i forgot to write a fundamental information ... the keyboard and the touchpad of my laptop work perfectly,,, what stopped working are the bluetooth keyboard and mouse .... sorry
I have the same issue! @Waffles_ did you manage to solve it?
Really annoying issue. My mouse also started lagging a couple of weeks ago and occurs from time to time, then it goes away, then it comes again.. Any solutions Dell Team?
No I haven't solved it yet. I probably need to just have it the trackpad replaced but it isn't terrible right now. The lag/unresponsive happened every once in awhile for like 5 seconds so I haven't bothered anymore. I went to Windows 11 and it still happens if that helps any. It's just a shame that it happens on the first place. Good luck to you!
