Restore lost files

Hi all,

Help, I have no idea why but all my pictures in my pictures file disappeared I am trying to use SupportAssist to restore them as it says they are backed up see the first photo, but there is no option to restore them when I click next it just goes to the next screen, second photo, without any option to restore them any ideas?

    To confirm, you said the photos in your pictures folder disappeared randomly? Also, if you have OneDrive set up you should check there.
