studio xps laptop - dvd eject not working
I am trying to eject the dvd from the internal dvd read/writer. I am remoted into it. I am running windows 10 on the laptop. I try to eject from the windows explorer, and it fails. I also push the "soft" eject button, but it doesn't do anything. Why isn't it ejecting the dvd?

Reboot the system - try ejecting before Windows loads. If it will, chances are some software package has the disc locked open. If not, you may have a hardware failure with the drive.
