Hi,
My XPS 17 9720 (WIN 11) has a weird problem that is clearly software in nature but I'm totally at a loss as to how to solve it. When I press the 'delete' key (not backspace) in some apps and just on the desktop it acts as a shortcut button opening several programs, taking a screenshot, opening sticky notes etc.
Why does it do this and how do I get it to stop? Its driving me insane.

You can run a keyboard diagnostic from the Dell diagnostics (F12 a few times at powerup to access). What happens during the interactive keyboard test?
