Start with a full diagnostic (F12 at powerup).  If any errors arise, report back with them (2000-0151, etc.) and the full model number (XPS 9333, 9575, etc.).

You can try to reinstall from an external device, like a USB. But no matter which external device you choose, ensure its space is larger than 5GB. After you download win10, the first step is to make your USB a bootable one, then you can install the system. My new dell is installed by my friend, we checked a tutorial article and successes. Hi there, thanks for your response, I still on the same page, windows 10 didn't install, I installed windows 7 and no issue, device work, then I install ubuntu, same, device feel good and still work with that, the issue only with windows 10

Did u find any solution, coz i have the same problem
