Just to let everybody know and be aware that after 7 months and so many self-upgrading of Windows and Dell, my computer still keeps crashing! Moreover, after the last upgrade I had to struggle for 2 hours to let the wifi start again because it was like dead. I'm really upset! I want to hit XPS 13 against the wall!

my laptop is 7370. as i told, i have already tried with assistance which was not able to help me. they told me to wait for some updates. there have been a lot of updates since the problem started but no one fixed the issue. about the blue screen: first of all it's AZURE and not the classic BLUE and its size of the screen is, i think, doubled, so i cannot catch any info, neither the qrcode as only half of it appears on the screen, and half is hidden.

Breaking news: after the last windows self update (there was also a Bios firmware upgrade) and after ONE YEAR I'm struggling with my XPS 13 continuously crashing, you won't believe but my PC keeps crashing. If Dell was my company, people will have forced me to bankrupt a long time ago! How can they act in this way, forgetting about the troubles they cause to their customers!

No windows/dell upgrade could help me till now. I was just forced to cohabit with the continuous crashes and every time to curse the day i have bought this laptop. Auto-connection is also set to off, because every time i switch-on my computer i have also to connect manually to the wi-fi network, a real disaster! By the way i don't get any blue screen, my computer just crashes, the display switches-off  and everything becomes unresponsive, till i restart by pressing the power button for 5 sec. Specially it happens when pc is left unattended and the cord power is disconnected for any reason, or i have an electricity black out for few seconds. Even if the battery is full.
