About every 3 months, my File Explorer starts freezing. It will spin for a while and say "not responding." Every time this happens, I have to call Dell who charges me to fix it or to extend my warranty. Any suggestions?

I had an XPS 13 for 6 years and it was fantastic. This one not so much.
