Aurora R10, BIOS update problems

I just received my new Aurora R10 and got it out today to setup.  Was looking at SupportAssist and running a couple of updates it said to which included a BIOS update.  When doing so after going to the windows is getting ready screen, it made my computer suddenly shut off. Now it turns on but doesn't recognize the screen or keyboard or anything.

I believe your system has BIOS Recovery. If so go to this support page for more information.

Thank you for the reply.  I've read through this and not sure I fully understand everything. I have tried the contrl esc on keyboard however I can't even get the keyboard to work. Do I need a wired keyboard in order for it to work?

Call Dell/Alienware Technical Support on the phone, and they will walk you thru a BIOS-Recovery procedure.
