Set that back to default, download MSI Afterburner, and you can control the fans/clocks that way.  Without having to Run AWCC. 

Pic isn't showing for me, but you can use MSI Afterburner to deal with GPU fans, clocks, etc.  Doesn't affect boot times.

The pic is where my GPU is at now as a preset, when I lower thermal and power down it stops my fans from revving up and down every 10 secs or so, but by doing that it causes my boot time to be slower when I turn on my computer.

What system are you using?  Even using AWCC and changing those options didn't affect my boot times at all.  Try MSI Afterburner and see if the problem still is there with the boot times.  Are we talking about booting the game up or booting the system up?

R11, and when I'm talking about booting it's the system after I change the thermal and power down in AWCC. The one game I play causes my fans to rev up and down every 10 secs or so it's annoying after awhile. It's just on 1 game the rest of the games it's fine.

Ok, but so you know the fan speed is only when I'm in a game, can you still adjust for a game? When I'm doing regular things on the PC it's fine its only 1 game I'm having trouble with the fans?

Definitely use MSI Afterburner for gpu fans/thermals. The auto fan curves work very well.

Thanks Mako, it's not the case fans it's the fan on the GPU and only goes crazy on 1 game all other games are ok. 

Use AWCC thermal offset and set your front and top fans manually , not curves. Top fan 48% front fan 47% save and name that profile msfs fans and run that profile when playing it along with High Performance. Set default to thermal balanced. Change fan% to your likings but that how I set up my R11 and DCS fans.

Gotcha , well try msi on manual fan settings. Try 70% and watch your thermals. There’s a slider in msi/af that you control manually or automatic. Try both but try the manual first just to see if gpu fans are steady. Msfs maybe over doing your gpu vram so you have advance the fans.
