Hi y'all,
I purchased Dolby Acces from Microsoft store, but i have a problem because the sound setup surround and pro-logic/ controls can be adjust in the program itself and through Alienware AWCC, so now i wonder wich one i should use, any advise would be welcome.

Always use the controls from the application and turn off the controls from AWCC.
Otherwise one will affect the other.
