I suggest you un-plug all USB devices and use a different keyboard and mouse.
If it still does it, call Dell if under extended warranty. They will get you fixed-up.
If out-of-warranty, I think you need a new motherboard. You can try Dell Parts or eBay :TongueTied: (shudder)

Well, thanks, that is unfortunate. The computer is, I believe, out of warranty :(
So, is it worth replacing the motherboard? What does it cost to get something like this repaired?
