I always face a black screen with the Alienware logo after powering on the laptop. I have to force shut down the laptop each time and powering it on again so that it can load windows. I tried changing the boot to legacy mode, I opened the back lid, disconnected the battery, performed a battery drain, disconnected the HDD. Nothing seems to work. When I change the boot from Bios to legacy mode, I see a note: check cable connection, pxe-mof. I also tried removing the HDD and booted only on the SSD, the problem persisted. What is the issue and how can I fix it?
