So today my ACC froze up and wouldn't do anything.  So I restarted computer and it was still in this frozen state. I then uninstalled ACC following a video from the dell support site.  After I installed new ACC my FX tab is gone.  Now anytime you open ACC it just crashes instantly.  So I reinstalled fresh windows and still am having the same issue of FX tab gone.  In the video it showed them deleting the AW folder from the registry.  But later I found a written guide that said not to delete the whole folder and listed some specific folders.  Did something get deleted from registry that's causing this? Is there a way to repair it? Thanks.
