Hi,

my m15 from 2018 just crashed while I was AFK in a game however it does not boot anymore. I know that I didn’t have a lot of storage left so I am wondering whether this could have something to do with it. Or if it is a hardware failure as I remember reading a message saying no memory detected so I could have dead ram sticks. Does any one know what I should do?
