m15 R4, low FPS
Hello so i have an Alienware m15 r4 3070RTX 32ram i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz months ago i TCC it due to temps being at all time at 100c i was told by the alienware support that it was normal so i basically TCC it to 90C always had above 60 fps on games like cyberpunk 2077 now all the sudden it drops constantly at 23 fps i have done Hwinfo test sent filed to the support they claim everything is fine meanwhile i have games that are literally playing at 26 fps i have tried to conteact the support through Whatsapp but i havent been able to be helped in any way shape of form what am i suppose to do at this point?

Could send Private Message to @Alienware - Rodrigo or @DELL-Jesse L who participated in M15 Update low FPS - Dell Community or Solved: m15 R5, random FPS drop - Dell Community
If under Dell warranty, click on @DELL-Cares to send Private Message and request assistance.
Go to Warranty and Service Extension - Dell Community to see if Dell warranty is on offer.
