just wondering if someone is able to help. I have used the search feature for my problem but unable to find a solution.

screen brightness is not working. FN and either f10 or f11. The brightness bar is moving but it actually isn't dimming.

I have tried

bios updates
order version of geforce 
restart laptop

if anyone can help thanks in advance.
