I recently took delivery of this laptop and while I'm not sure I'll install Windows 11, at the moment I wanted to confirm everything is in order for it. Turns out the TPM would prevent me from installing it.
I went to the BIOS (InsydeH20) and set Firmware TPM to Enabled but this didn't help.
When I go to the boot menu it confirms Boot Mode: UEFI, Secure Boot: On and fTPM is on.
In the Device Manager I only see "AMD PSP 10.0 Device" when running TPM.MSC it confirms Compatible TPM cannot be found.
CR15B - but I am sure that is AMD's version of TPM, it's called Platform Security Processor. One way to tell, is to run Microsoft's Windows11 compatibility test program on your system. I bet it works. At the very bottom of this page....
I have this exact same issue - with my Alienware m15 r5; BIOS version 1.5.0; fTPM enabled, but not being detected by Windows. Did you get a solution yet?

They had to replace the motherboard.
