m16 R2, no microphone detected
Hello,
I got an Alienware m16 R2 (with Windows 11) recently. When I plug my Logitech G432 headset I can hear sounds (sometimes with a kind of noise) but the microphone doesn't work. The headset works well on my other old computer (ASUS, Windows 10). Do you have any idea please? I saw on a old post to use an adapter (https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Headphone-Stereo-Adapter-Compatible/dp/B0CMHRKBNG?th=1) but it doesn't suit to my headset.

Solved thanks to a factory reset of the computer !
