Navi Cli error

Hi,

I am establishing a Secure CLI Security File but unable to get any output.

I added the user ans did the security.

1 naviseccli -AddUserSecurity -Scope -User -password

2 naviseccli xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I get an error " Anetwork error occurred while connection refused. Management server is not running"

Please will any one be able to help me y am I getting this error and how do I fix it?

On step 2 - add the -h for the array with the IP address

naviseccli -h xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I tried naviseccli -h xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

but it gave me an error:

:"A network occurred while trying to connect: 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'.

Message: Error occurred because of timeout."

I found the prob its at the firewall do any one know what port navicli talks to..
