Question

Hello,

today I attached a new Extension to my AX4-5.

When I logon into Navisphere Express I see the following warning.

Storage system management software can no longer manage the other storage processor (known as the peer) in this storage system. (0x743a)

Can someone tell me what I have to do here?

Thank you for some support.

Please open a Service Request with the support through Powerlink. In this case the support will have to analyse the SP Collects and would get back to you with the workaround.

I think in this case Co-Herency and Src-Route Attempt needs to be checked.

    Thanks

    Hi ,

Please verify your Peer SP Status that it is working fine(Check for any amber LED on the SP/Storage). If the SPs are working fine, kindly verify the network connectivity to the SPs.

    Hope this helps.

Check for network connectivity, cables and the switch port if the SP is working fine. Otherwise check the SP if there is any amber LED on it (Verify the SP is is powered up).

Figured it out, a cable was broken on one of my SPs.
